'Map of Rannoch, the barony of Strowan, one of His Majesties Annexed Estates in North Britain'. By John Lesslie. [1:33,200] 1 in = 26 Scottish chains. 2100 x 900 mm. Estate plan showing the lands of Corghounan and Invercomrie, Finhart, Camghouran, Dall, Carie, Kinloch Rannoch and Murlagan in Fortingall parish; and Glen Errochty and Inverack in Blair Atholl parish. Land use shown including arable, pasture wood and moor. Steadings, watermills, ferry, fords and 'road for wheeled carriages' noted. Detailed observations. Relief by grey brush hachures. Decorative compass rose. Royal coat of arms. Names of adjacent lands and proprietors including Lochgarry, Earl of Breadalbane and Duke of Atholl. |
