Description |
'Plan of Callander, part of the annexed estate of Perth'. By John Leslie [1:8900] 1 in = 10 Scottish chains. 690 x 1020 mm. Ink and colour wash. Dissected into two sheets. Linen backing. Plan of village of Callander and adjacent lands. Fourteen lots of Callander superimposed upon the runrig lands south of the River Teith. Soldiers' settlement, church, manse, glebe, bridge, common, Bochastle, Laundon and East and West mains noted. Many items lettered to correspond with names and acreages given in table of contents [faded]. Relief by grey brush wash. Notes [faded]. |
