Description |
'Auchintore' By [William Morison], surveyor. [1:13086] 1 inch = 14.7 Scots chains. 316 x 456 mm on sheet 340 x 466 mm. Ink and colour wash. Relief in grey wash. Plan of Auchintore (Ach' an Todhair), Invernessshire, showing proposed feal dykes and stone dykes along the military road from the black mount; between the military road and boundary with Lochiel (Locheil) at Loch Linnhe; between the military road and the boundary with Drimerbin (Druimarbin); and between Lochiel and the summit of Mealchruie. Noted are Letter Tray (Leitir Traigh), Letter Fern (Leitir Fearn), Dalmonan, Altomanoury, Altdour, Achnaba and Fort William; and the boundary with the Duke of Gordon's land. A table for 'Expence of inclosing' is given. |
