Description |
Plan of the Estate of Crawford Priory lying in the parishes of Cults and Ceres and county of Fife revised from Ordnance Survey. Lithographed by A. Ritchie and Son, Ltd., Edinburgh. [1:10,300] 1 in = 13 [Imperial] chains. 76 x 49 cm. Sale plan showing estate of Crawford Priory coloured to show farms including Cults (water) Mill, Walton, Cults, Priestfield, Lower Bunzion, Sodom Park, Skelpie, Waltonhill in Cults parish; and Muirhead, Struthers, Struthers Barns, Cassindilly and Denhead in Ceres parish. Pitlessie village, glebe, wash, corn and flour mills, limekilns and whinstone quarry noted. Names of adjacent lands and proprietors including John Balfour of Balbirnie, John Gilmour, Patrick Playfair, W O Dalgleish, William Mcfarlane, J. B. Wemyss, Alexander Macdonald, M. B.
