Description |
'Plan of farms in Morvern, Argyllshire, the property of His Grace the Duke of Argyll'. By David Crawford, surveyor, Edinburgh.
[1:35,600] 1 inch = 40 Scottish chains. 780 x 650 mm. Ink and colourwash. Linen backing.
Plan of greater part of Morvern peninsula coloured to show land use - arable, pasture, moss and wood - and boundaries of farms including Ardtornish, Eignaig, Tearnait, Savery, Fiunary, Salachan, Lagain, Killundine, Feornish, Mungasdail, Barr, Iniemore, Rahoy, Kinloch, Beinn Ithearlan, Glencripesdale, Camas Salach, Laudale, Liddesdale, Achagavel and Beach. Also coloured to show division into five lots to correspond with acreages given in table of contents. Pictorial relief. Glebe, ferry, castles and roads noted.
