'Specification for houses to be erected at the proposed fishing settlement at Battery Park, Stornoway', with specification for 'cheap cottage dairy' and erection of out-offices. 7 double sided pages each 335mm x 205mm. Bound with the following plans:
1. 'Crofter House (type II)', printed by the Ordnance Survey. [1:48] 4ft = 1 in. 590mm x 490mm. Elevation, end elevation, plan and section.
2. 'Congested Districts Board for Ireland Estates Department, plans of out offices'. By H Doran. [1:96] 1/8 in = 1 ft. 475mm x 390mm. Plans, elevations and sections of one and two story out offices.
