Description |
'Plan of drove road from Lochnet to Strathnashalag'. By William Paterson, Inverness. [!;4800] 1 in = 6 Imperial chains. 360 x 3782 mm. Ink. Tracing paper. Linen backing. Plan of drove road from col below Tom in Fhioda (NH0972) northwards past Loch an Nid to Achneigle and then along Strath na Sealga to Gruinard Bay (NG9591). Details of visibility of road and quality of adjacent grazing given. Ruins, old smearing house, shooting lodges and old limekiln noted. Proprietors named including Hugh Mackenzie and Meyrick banks. |
