'Plan of the commonty in the parish of St Andrews, Orkney as divided in the year 1874 by James Robertson, Esq, Commissioner appointed for that purpose by the Lords of Council and Session'. J D Miller, surveyor. [1:4800] 1 in = 6 Imperial chains 185 x 72 cm Division of commonty plan showing the three parts of the commonty: the largest, 948 acres, extended along the parish boundary in the west adjacent to the commonty of Holm (HY4905); the second, 305 acres, lay to the north of the lands of Stembister (HY5302); and the smallest, 77 acres, lay to the east of Swart Howe (HY5103). Coloured to show allotments. Table of contents. Names of adjacent lands and proprietors including Earl of Zetland and Robert Baikie of Tankerness. |
