Note: 'This is the plan of Lot 1 of Crown Lands ... referred to in the Articles of Roup thereof dated 1st August 1854, and which in terms of said Articles is hereby subscribed by Donald Horne, W S, Law Agent in Scotland for the Commissioners of Woods and Forests as relative thereto.
