Description |
'Lanarkshire & Ayrshire Railway. Plans of Stationmasters House'. By Formans & McCall, 160 Hope Street, Glasgow, architects. [1:96] 1 1/4 inches =10 feet. 455 x 632 mm. Hand coloured. Photoreproduction. Annotated in ink. Plan of house with rooms named, dimensions given and drains marked. Roof plan marked as being made of green Aberfoyle slates. Front, end and back elevations with dimensions given and flues and ventilation marked. Sectionwith parts anmed and dimensions given. Note 1: 'For Whitecraigs, Patterson, Neilston, Uplawmoor & Lugton £435 includes digger work, brick work, carpenter & joiner work, slates, plumber, plasterer, painter, mainitainance 6 months, measurers fee'. Note 2: '£435.12.11 = 6.22 per cube foot'. |
