Plan of the Harbour of Leith in its present state shewing the Proposed Pier and other Improvements. By Thomas Telford. [1:1640] 1 in = 120 ft 1480 x 1280 mm Plan of the shoreline north of Bernard Street to Newhaven showing East and West Old Docks with proposed pier and reclamation. Martello tower, graving docks, Customs House, bonded warehouses drawbridges, Leith fort, Anchorfield, Annfield, Newhaven village and ferry pier noted. Surroundings marked in feet. Elevations and section of proposed pier. Coloured. Endorsed 'Edinburgh 26 June 1828. This is the plan referred to in my Report of this date. Thos Telford.' |
