'Caledonian Railway (Additional Powers) Act 1874 Acquisition of Land at Perth Plan shewing lands to be acquired from the property of Sir Thomas Moncrieffe'. By George Graham and traced by A Stuart, junior in 1883.
1 inch = 200 feet. 422 x 540 mm. Ink and colour wash. Tracing linen. Annotated in ink.
Plan of land coloured to show the land to be acquired from Sir Thomas Moncrieffe. Table of contents giving descriptions and acreages of parts of the land. Note 1: 'This is one plan referred to in and signed as relative to conveyance granted by Sir Thomas Moncrieffe of Moncrieffe Baronet in favour of the Caledonian Railway Company dated 14th May 1878.
