'Proposed Summer Hut at Marine Tea Room Garden, Port Seton for Mrs Mary Forrest, 3 Saunders Street, Edinburgh'. By I.V. Warner, architect, Edinburgh. 2 1/2 inches = 10 feet. 530 xc 518 mm. Ink and colour wash. Tracing linen. Plan or hut with rooms named, dimensions given and lines of wood ornamental paling and fence noted. North, west and east elebations and section AB with dimensions given. Site plan showing surrounding buildings and road. Note: 'The Hut is to be used for summer residence only. The water & lavatory accommodation is obtained at the marine tea rooms by agreement with the proprietors and is situated approximately 80'.80'' east of the hut'. |
