[1:8900] 1 inch = 10 Scots chains. 380 x 690 mm. Hand coloured lithograph. Compass rose.
Plan showing the divisions of the commonty. Lands and landowners named. Turnpike roads, old and new roads, buildings, and settlements noted. Lands in dispute shown. Table of references and table of contents. Note: 'At Perth the thirty first day of October one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven years. This is the plan of the commonty of Scone referred to in the decreet arbitral of me David Smyth of Methven one of the senators of the College of Justice dividing the commonty amongst those having interest therein, signed by me and with the submission upon which it proceeds recorded in the Sheriff Court books of Perthshire of this date.' |
