'General plan of the Lands of Carviechen, Cocklarachie, Barony of Gartly and Lands of Cults'. By [Thomas Milne].
[1:7100] 1 inch = 8 Scottish chains. 1484 x 1056 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing.
Estate plan coloured to show boundaries of farms and townships including Pirriesmill, Corseknowes, Thorneybrae, Upper Pirriesmill, Nether and Over Corsiestane, Greenhaugh, Cocklarachy, Mains of Cicklarachy, Little Mill, Cairnhill, Moss and Newbiggen in Drumblade parish; Duncanstown, Cockstown, Birkenhill, Easter and Wester Mosshead, Jameston, Bothwellseat, Little and Mickle Shanquhar, Kirkhill, Faich-hill, Millhill, Resque House, Mains of Gartly, Corncatterach and Westseat in Gartly parish; Hewits, Mains of Cults, Midtown and Candy in Kennethmont parish. Nucleated townships with individual steadings, field boundaries, slate quarry, watermill, dams and roads noted. Names of adjacent lands. |
