No scale. 155 x 193 mm. Ink. No compass rose but north, south, east and west noted. Watermark: crown,shield bearing symbols of four nations and '1803'.
Sketch plan of Pennyland, Watten parish, Caithness marking points at Achigal [Achingale], the burn at Aldinarin [Allt an Dobhrain], Flex and Scheir in the east. Also noted are Badinadour, Clachnagar, Culvadie and new houses. Note: 'Run an enclosure into [Failleich] below 'Flex a piece of green ground a [truncated] part of pasture of Bylbster.' |
