No scale. 650 x 598 mm on sheet 680 x 628 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotated in graphite. Compass rose. Linen backing. Edgebound.
Estate plan showing properties, land use, owners, roads, rivers, woodland, buildings and boundaries. Noted are Hillhead, Auchans, Nethercraigends, moss lands, lands of Clippens, Meikle or West Fulton, Bootstone, Locherside lands, West Fulton Hill, East Fulton Hill, North Fulton Hill, Windy Hill, Hallcraig and Maggies Park, Grooves Park, Knockbuckle Hill, Houston Holm, South Mains Park and Mains. Proprietors noted are Thomas Speirs of Blackstone, Speirs of Elderslie and Alexander Cunninghame.
