No title. By [Thomas Milne and Alexander Taylor]. [1:3600] 1 in = 4 Scottish chains. 1462 x 952 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing. Draft plan showing enclosure of infield-outfield lands of Newtongarry. Enclosures superimposed on old field pattern with its field-names, acreages, tenants' names and description of ground. Farm steadings with occupants' names. Slioch township and market stance, watering place of Leys and roads noted. Relief by grey wash. Names of adjacent lands and proprietors including the Duke of Gordon, Duff of Drummuir, Miss Bisset and Archibald Milne. |
