Description |
'Plan of the lands of Drumbuie and Dalcrombie, the property of Evan Baillie, Esq, of Dochfour'. By H Morrison, surveyor, Inverness. [1:6300] 1 in = 8 imperial chains 156 x 68 cm Estate plan coloured to show boundaries of townships and farms south of Loch Duntelchaig including Balickcachain, Driumliah, Ballachar, Balvoulin, Leiterchullin, Dunlichity church and glebe, Ballintuim, Balnaclach, Milltown of Tordarroch, Tighalochand, Cnocbuie, Ballone and Glenfirrachan. Land use indicated - arable, pasture, wood with types of trees, and moor. Buildings, march stones, water mill and tracks noted. Note: 'This is the "Plan of the lands of Drumbuie and Dalcrombie" referred to in the Award by me in terms of the Minute of Agreement between Lord Lovat, Colonel Fraser Tytler and Charles Stewart Esquire, and the line of march fixed by me in said award is denoted on this plan by the red line ABC.
