Description |
'Sketches for a bridge over the River North Esk in the Park of Melville Castle.' Surveyed by Robert Stevenson. [1:96] 1 inch = 8 feet. 664 x 946 mm. Ink and colourwash. Linen backing. Topographical plans and detailed pictoral sketches of the bridge. Some measurements for flood levels and river surface levels given. Sketches of horse and cart and of gentleman on horseback crossing the bridge. |
