'A plan of the proposed navigation canal from the Forth and Clyde Canal to Borrostouness'. By Robert Whitworth. [1:7900] 1 inch = 2 [Imperial] furlongs. 250 x 678 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotated in ink. Linen backing. Canal plan coloured to show amount of canal constructed between Forth and Clyde canal and Bo'ness. River Avon, Kinneil Castle, mills, kiln, engine, stables, saltpans, Bo'ness harbour, farms and field boundaries noted. Part of Grangemouth parish included. |
