Ink and colour wash. Linen backing. Detailed estate plan of Carden Forest showing infield-outfield lands of Carden Miln, Hindloup, Weathersbie, Bomelleys, Carden Bowes, Cormyleys, Torbain, Shawsmill, Bankhead of raith, Pit Tronmark, Lambswell, Cottown, Foulford, East and West Balbarton, Easter and Wester Boglily, Coldhome, Gallowtown, Easter and Wester Balwearie and Cormyhill. Raith House, gardens and policy shown. Field-names with description of quality of ground. Land use indicated - arable, meadow, whin ground, plantations with tree types, bog and commonty.
