Description |
'Plan of the Commonty of Hutton lying in the Parish of Hutton & County of Dumfries'. By William Bell, surveyor. [1:3600] 1 inch = 4 Scottish chains. 740 x 1590 mm. Ink and colour wash. Dissected into two sheets. Linen backing. Division of commonty plan showing scheme of division coloured. Description, value and acreages given in table of contents. Roads, glebe and manse noted. Names of adjacent owners. Scroll and flower details around title. Note 1: 'Over Hutton & Millriggs have no Head room to the Common but only a Driving road up Carnwath Loaning'.
