Plan of the Carron Company's furnace lead through the runrig lands of Larbert coloured to show possessions through which lead passes. River Carron, weirs, bridge and roads noted. Table of contents relating to land occupied by lead. Note 'Edinburgh 21st January 1762. This plan is referred to in a feu contract entered into betwixt us Robert Chalmers of Larbert and Dr John Roebuck, trustee for the Carron Iron Company of this date. Rob Chalmers, John Roebuck.' |
