'Reduced Plan of the Estate of Kames the Property of The Hon'ble Lord Bannatyne.' By James Knox, surveyor, 1807; copied by Thomas Mitchell, 1810.
Scale [1:7100] 5 inches = 40 Scots chains. 992 x 640 mm. Graphite annotations. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing.
Estate plan coloured to show lots 2, 3 and 4. Field boundaries and acreages. Kames Castle and policies, Port Bannatyne, Bannatyne Mains, Old Town of Eadinmore. Buildings, slate quarries and lint mill. Table of contents giving acreages of arable, pasture, bog, muir, moss and plantations. |
