No title [1:2700] 1 in = 3 [Scottish] chains 202 x 195 cm Detailed rough draft of estate plan of the lands of Brahan (Braan) including farms and townships of Mains of Brahan, balnain (Bellnain), Tychenrel and Boat Croft in Urray parish; Dunglass (Dungluist), Crocrengait, Costafinch, Ballblair, Croft McLeod, Brakenord, Meikle Ussie (Usy), Croft Ussie, Ussie Barabel, Bogbain, Creictown, Tillyndhu, Ballenloch and Glaick of Tollie in Fodderty parish; and Kildun, Pitglassie and Ballna Feddah in Dingwall parish. Farm steadings, townships, improvements with field boundaries and infield-outfield with acreages and quality of ground shown. Land use indicated - arable, pasture, rough grazing, natural wood with types of trees and plantation. Water mill with lead and dam, quarry, roads, glebe and formal garden at Brahan Castle noted.
