Description |
No title. By George Brown. [1:2700] 1 inch = 3 Scots chains. 737 x 637 mm, on sheet 775 x 710 mm. Ink, grey wash and colour wash. Plan of the lands of Craigherbs and Mill of Boyndie, showing existing and proposed roads. Whitehills shown in block plan. Old Kirk of Boyndie, manse, bleachfield, Mill of Boyndie, Ladies Bridge, Old Ladies Bridge, Craigherbs and Burn of Boyndie noted. Roads and field boundaries shown. Fields named. Note: 'This is an exact survey and sketch of the lands of Craigherbs, Miln of Boyndie, and others, with the several lines of Commation (sic) Roads leading through the same; with those lines proposed by the Commissioners of Supply, from the Seatown of Whitehills, to the turnpike road from Banff to Cullen, and to which the report and explanation by me of this date refers.
