'The sketch of the locus of road traffic accident on the public road between Ballingry and Scotlandwell, B920, involving the accused, John Alexander Dandie, born 25/02/32 at Stirling, the driver of Volkswagen motor car reg[istration] no. VMS709X, which collided with Mark Joseph Alexious Dunn, born 17/07/43 at Glasgow, u/e labourer, 26 Loanhead Avenue, Lochore, who sustained multiple injuries in the collision, which resulted in the death of the said Mark Joseph Alexious Dunn'. By James Mackintosh, Police Constable no. 7854. c. 1/10 inch = 1 yard. 588 x 207 mm. Ink and coloured crayon. Two sheets joined together with pressure sensitive tape. Compass indicator. Plan showing location of body, line taken by accused's car and position of witnesses' car. Village sign, national speed limit signs and lamp post shown. Well Inn, yard of Wellside Motors and housing noted. Measurements given. Plan removed from Fatal Accident Inquiry: Mark Joseph Alexious Dunn, 23 Loanhead Avenue, Lochore, died 25 Jan 1987. |
