Plan coloured to show present registration district of Stirling, burgh boundary prior to extension and proposed registration district boundary. Registration districts of Logie, Cambusbarron and St Ninians noted. Note: 'Stirling 12th December 1939. This is a duplicate of the Plan (No 2/1 of process) referred to in the Sheriff's Interlocutor of 4th December 1939, relative to the Petition by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Royal Burgh of Stirling, for extension of the Registration District of Stirling, for the purposes of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Acts 1854 to 1934. (signed) sheiff clerk of Stirliongshire.' Plan removed from the petition by the Provost, Magistrates & Councillors of the Royal Burgh of Stirling, with the concurrence of (1) The County of Stirling, County Offices, Viewforth, Stirling, and (2) The Registrar General for Scotland, for extension of registration district of Stirling. |
