Description |
'E & N Railway. Burntisland Station. No 3.' By [David Bell?], architect. Scale [1:120] 1 inch = 10 feet. 950 x 655 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotated in graphite. Linen backing removed. Ground plan of station waiting rooms, men's toilet, guard's room, passenger shed and arrival and departure platforms, plan of Forth Hotel, front elevation, elevation to firth, elevation of waiting room, back elevation of station and passenger shed etc. Areas named. Dimensions given. Note: 'Edinr. 1 March 1847. This is the Plan referred to in our offer of the 17th Feby (signed) Francis Farquharson, James Dorward.' |
