Removed from action by Mrs Clare Isabella McElroy Magee Smoor v The Fife Regional Council , concerning heritable property: pursuer sought interdict to prevent the defenders from entering upon or interfering with part of the pursuer's property situated at 21 West Shore (known as 'The Dutch House'), St Monans in the county of Fife. The defender failed to recognise the title of the pursuer to land situated by her house at West Shore aforesaid and intended to lease it to a third party. Pursuer wished to prevent this. |
