Plan of house and garden noting trees, shrubs, rose bushes. From interdict in favour of Robert Saunders, dairyman, preventing John Steel, fruit grower, from entering into garden at house in Lower Tarasappie, let by him to the pursuer, and taking fruit from the trees. Note by [Edward Jackson, solicitor, Perth] of dimensions of green, vegetable strip and flower ground. |
