'Frances Colliery. Plan showing locus of fatal accident to James Gourlay, power loader, aged 35 on Bowhouse No 2 faceline on the 20th August 1970 at 11.40 am.' By W Connelly, surveyor.

Plan and section through shaft showing conveyor and gullick chocks etc. Key plan showing proximity of Bowhouse No 2 unit to Heggie's mine. Removed from fatal accident inquiry into death of George James Murphy, electrician, 1 Bow Street, Buckhaven, died 16 Jul 1970. |
