Plan from Falkirk Council against T H Innes concerning heritable property: action for declarator that a servitude right of access exists over the pathway near the village of Polmont in the county of Stirling heading under the Edinburgh - Glasgow Railway Line near to the junction of Miller Park and Forrest View, Polmont and running parallel to the Union Canal towpath and terminating at Polmont Station in favour of Polmont Station. |
