Description |
'A plan of Kirkland & Rhonepark, in the parish of Crossmichael and stewartry of Kirkcudbright, property of Robert Birney, Esqr. 1860.' By Hugh H Maclure, surveyor.
Scales: 6 1/2 inches = 15 chains and 5/8 inch = 100 feet. 940 x 630 mm on sheet 990 x 660 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing.
Estate plan showing farm and field boundaries. Field acreages given. Village of Crossmichael. Church, manse and glebe lands. Boat meadow at Kirkland Loop. River Dee, Loch Dow. Names of adjacent lands and owners. Table of contents giving field acreages of arable, pasture, plantation, cottages and garden ground for Kirkland, Rhone Park and Templand. Endorsed: 'Sheriff Clerk's Office lodged 22 November 1968 Kirkcudbright. A44/67 6/IV/4.' |
