'Inverness & Perth Junc[tio]n Rail[wa]y. Plan of line showing land taken by this branch from the property of Sir William D Stewart Bart.' 10 inches = 20 chains. 552 x 5310 mm on sheet 610 x 5370 mm. Coloured. Graphite annotations. Tracing paper. Linen backing. Railway plan coloured to show land alongside the River Tay acquired from estate for branch line or damaged but not taken 'permanently'. Mains of Grantully and Haugh of Grantully steadings and Grantully inn noted. Note: 'This is the plan referred to in disposition and conveyance by Sir William Drummond Stewart of Gantully Bart in favour of the Highland Railway Company...11 & 18 July 1867...' |
