Sheet marked to show settled boundary between Whittingehame and Nunraw estates. Note 1: 'Edinburgh 6 November 1900. This is the plan signed in triplcate by Robert Strathern, WS, on Behalf of Mr Balfour of Whittingehame, and by Mr Alexander Guild, WS, on behalf of Mr Gray of Nunraw , as relative to the joint minute (No 1 of process) lodged by the parties in the reference between Mr Balfour and Mr Gray, in which Andrew Jameson Esq, Sheriff of Perthshire, is sole arbiter.' Signatures. Note 2 (on reverse): Reference. Whittingehame / Nunraw March (Sheriff Jameson Arbiter). 6 Nov 1900. Plan showing march as now settled (No II of process). signd as relative to Decree Arbitral of which an Extract dated 22 March & recorded in B[ooks] of C[ourt] of S[ession] 23 November 1900 is put up with the Whittingehame titles: anoither extract was sent to Guild & Guild WS for Mr Gray of Nunraw and a copy & relative plan also sent to the factors at Whittinghame (the latter in Aug 1901).
