By E[dward] Oakley, surveyor, London. 1 inch = 250 feet. 610 x 840 mm (dimensions of original unrecorded). Coloured. Wooden rollers. Digital print. Estate plan showing garden, parks and enclosures. References to house, kitchen garden, farmyard, granaries, walks and their vistas. Broxburn village and steadings noted. Table of contents giving acreages.
