Scales in English and Fench feet. 401 x 531 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing windowed out.
Principal floor plan naming rooms, including a 'Corinthian sallon'. Terraces shown. Dimensions given. Existing work in black and alterations and additions in red. Note (on reverse): 'Novemb: 1726.'
