Plans and elevations of proposed houses and proposed improvements to houses, drawn by John Erskine (d 1732), Earl of Mar, while on exile on the continent, including a house for Lord Dun in Angus, and houses and other buildings at Alloa, Clackmannanshire, and at Mezieres a Clery, near Orleans, Migneaux at Poissy, Becon-les-Bruyeres, Chatou, La Plant near Namur, and Choisy-le-Roi in France, and at Antwerp: includes a design for an ice-house (No.68): notes at front of volume on the design for Lord Dun's house at Dun. Formerly arranged in two portfolios: RHP13257/1-37 and RHP13257/38-73. NB. The plans are not in their original order and have been re-numbered.
