Surveyors: John Wood (1818-25), James Cleland (1822) and David Smith (1822). Engravers: T Clerk, N Douglas, Kirkwood & Son, Charles Thomson, W Murphy and George Bartholomew, all in Edinburgh. Lithographed by A Forrester and Ballantine.
Volume containing 41 plans of towns and cities of Scotland, by John Wood
[The volume originally must have contained several further plans]. The reverse sides of many of the plans were doodled on by children prior to the transfer of the volume to the National Records of Scotland. |
