1 inch = 8 feet. 339 x 508 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotated in ink and graphite.
Plan of ground floor, rooms named, measurements given and location of drains marked. South elevation, some measurements given. Note: 'This is Plan No.1 of manager's house at Balmacaan referred to in our respective tenders and in the relative specification. Signed by us at the dates after inserted.
