[1:2700] 1 inch = 3 [Scottish] chains. 600 x 814 mm. Ink and colour wash. Parchment.
Estate plan on parchment coloured to show Erskine House and policies. land use indicated - arable, meadow, parks, gardens, orchards and plantations. Field-names, Freeland House, Erskine church, glebe, manse, Kirkton village, gate in elevation, inn and ferry house noted. Elevation of Erskine House. Drawings of three small sailing vessels.
