Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Robert Wedderburne of Dundee, notary public narrating the sasine given by William Lovell in Murhous, baillie in that part of William Lovell fiar of Ballumbie to Robert Barclay as attorney for David Barclay of Cullerny his brother german of the lands of Ballumbie with manor, houses, yards and mill thereof, the temple-lands of Mwrhous, the lands of Balmossie with corn and walk mills thereof, the lands of Barnhill and Balchocher (or Balclocher) alias Eglismonichto with fishings adjacent thereto below the wall of the castle of Bruchtie commonly called Stanneris, Fittikinfa and Dindargheid, with the fishing of Pomenychtoun, the lands of Monyfuith with fishing thereof, the Ferrie with the fishing commonly called West-cruik lying on the north side of the water of Tay with mills, multures, tenants, tenandries etc lying within the sheriffdom of Forfar and regality of Kirremure respectively |
