This catalogue relates to the records of the Society in Scotland for propagating Christian Knowledge (S.S.P.C.K.) preserved in National Records of Scotland. It includes all transmissions made by the Secretary of the Society together with accessions from other sources.
The Society for promoting Christian Knowledge (English) possesses material relating to its activities in Scotland in the early 18th century, e.g., on distribution of Gaelic Bibles.
