Gartness, Dalnair, Blairour, Gartacharn, the 2 Ballats, Douchlage, Badivow, Edinbellie, Ballochairn and Thomdarroch, one quarter of fishing of Loch Lomond except fishing at mouth of Loch, fishings on Endrick Water and Altquhur Burn, and mill of Gartness, in sheriffdoms of Stirling and Dumbarton; half of lands of Ardeonaig called Tullochcan, Middle Third of Ardeonaig called the 10 merkland, west half of the Haugh of Ardeonaig, half its mill, half profits of feudal casualties of tenants of tenandry of Ardeonaig called Garquhyn, advowson of kirk of Ardeonaig on alternate occasions, and fishing on Loch Tay, in lordship of Discher and Toyer and sheriffdom of Perth; half of lands of Ruskie with its messuage, half its lochs and mill and mill lade, a third of lands of Calziemuck, its fishing in Water of Goodie, half of lands of Thom, half lands of the 3 Lanricks, half of the 4 merklands of Cowlauch called Sauchinthorn, half mill of Lanrick and the mill lade, half its chapel, the chapel land, half its fishings on River Teith, and messuage of lands of Thom called Barnsdale built by said Archibald and Elizabeth Menteith, his mother, in stewartry of Menteith and sheriffdom of Perth; lands of Merchiston and its castle, in sheriffdom of Edinburgh; and lands of Poultrylands lying near toun of Dean with office of Poulterer, in sheriffdom of Linlithgow. Lands are to be resigned in favour of Alexander Napier, kt, Archibald's son and heir apparent, and heirs male, whom failing John Napier, Alexander's brother, and heirs male, whom failing William Napier, John's brother german, and heirs male, whom all failing Alexander's nearest heirs whatsoever, reserving Archibald's liferent, except lands of Edinbellie Napier and the 2 Ballats extending to £20 of lands, in which Alexander Napier and Janet Chisholm, his spouse, are to obtain conjunct infeftment.
