Whereby said James, Master of Ogiluy, bound himself to grant to said Lord Ogiluy, in liferent, the lands and barony of Airlie with castle and other pertinents, lands of Dillivard, with mill of the same, lands of Nether Barnis, Brayis of Airlie, Valtoun acres at the temple of Airlie occupied by Patrick Cuyk and Thomas Broun, lands of Lundies Runsche, Mains of Bollyscheoun with the path in Monrewmonthe belonging to said lands of Bollyscheoun, lands of Petmeikie, Bowis, Garlit and Conallis, the muir and new mill of Bollyscheoun, lands of Kynnell with mill, lands of Symerhill, Quhythill and Damheid, the mill called the wairdmyllne of Abirbrothok with the croft called Salaris croft and a piece of ground lying between the said croft and the stream of Brothok, lands of Cunnyngarhill, the common mill of Arbrothok, the office of bailiery of the lands and lordship of Abirbrothok, lands and lordship of the bishopric of Brechin, lands and lordship of Cupar - excepting those lands lying in the sheriffdom of Atholl - with all the prequisites of the said office, Robert Ramsay's lands of Croftheidis and 7 acres of land therein set in tack to said Robert, the superiority of the town and lands of Auchindore and the superiority of the lands of Kellour, Kirktoun essey and Dunkeny, all lying in the newly erected barony of Lentrathin, by annexation in sheriffdom of Forfar; also the superiority of the lands of Callentoyis lying in the said barony in the sheriffdom of Stirling.
