Description |
'The contraverted ground and marches, betwixt Mr Lindsay's of Glenquich and Mr Lyon of Wester Ogill, on the hills on the west side of the Glen of Norin.' By James Murray, mathematician, Blairingon. [1:8900] 1 in = 10 Scottish chains 475 x 595mm and 485 x 607mm coloured (annotation in red) Plan of boundary disputed by Mr Lindsay of Glenquiech and Mr Lyon of Wester Ogil on the west side of Glen Noran, drawn by remit of the Lords of Council and Session, attested by William Dickson, sheriff substitute of Forfar. Buildings in perspective shown at Wester Ogil, Glenquich, Drumnechie and Baikies (Batarnachs laboured land). Detailed notes. Relief by grey wash. |
