20. Nov 18. Letter from James Brown, secretary of the Glasgow Society approving the resolutions of the previous convention on universal male suffrage and annual parliaments and noting the formation of "the People in Glasgow Associated for the Purpose of obtaining Universal Suffrage and Annual Parliaments".
39. Resolution by the Rev Neil Douglas calling for the abolition of the slave trade.
