Title |
Abstract of (1) Submission (dated 17th, 18th, 20th and 22nd February and 1st March 1764) by the creditors of John Young of Drummaliart (of which there is a list) whereby they ratify and approve of the sale by John Forrester, the trustee on the estate, of the debtor's lands to Sir James Stirling of Glorat for £327 Stg. and submit to Ludovick Grant, writer in Edinburgh, to adjust and settle the accounts of the trustee, who had also collected the rents for crop 1751, being the first crop after the death of Margaret Gillespie, mother of the said John Young, and subsequent crops down to 1762 inclusive, and to rank and class the creditors upon any balance found due; and (2) Decreet Arbitral by the said Ludovick Grant following thereupon, dated 30th December 1764.
